Sales & Marketing Manager - Diagnostics
Your Markets & Customers
Research laboratories in academia and industry
Clinical and service laboratories
OEM of diagnostic assays and research laboratory products
Your Task:
Drive the sales and marketing process of the business area Diagnostics
Provide leadership to a team of sales, application and development specialists
Enter new international target markets including the USA
Optimize the marketing and service process
Propose and execute sales & marketing budgets of the business area Diagnostics
Identify new application areas for MagSi in Proteomics and IVD
Establish and coordinate the development of protein isolation projects with OEM’s and key-opinion leaders in high-volume (e.g. Biotech) and high-end (e.g. Biomarker) segments
Your Profile:
Master of Sciences in Biology, Biochemistry or equivalent.
Proven track record and minimum of 5 years experience in sales & marketing of IVD products and reagents
Customer oriented combined with a high affinity towards sales
Knowledge of markets IVD and life science research products
Experience in major methods and techniques of proteomics and IVD including, sample preparation, bio magnetic separation, mass spectrometry, PCR, chemiluminescence’s and automated systems
Excellent oral, written, computer and presentation skills
Self motivated, organized and able to lead interdisciplinary teams
Fluently speaking English and Dutch. German would be an advantage.
Willingness to travel and a valid driver licences

Job location: at the lab of MagnaMedics Diagnostics B.V. in Maastricht/Geleen
Job type: an appointment on part time basis is possible (minimum 3 days a week), however, fulltime commitment is preferred.
